• Indecent Assault and Battery on a child under 14
• Indecent Assault and Battery on a mentally retarded person
• Indecent Assault and Battery on a person over 14
• Rape
• Assault to rape
• Statutory rape
• Assault of a child with intent to commit rape
• Kidnapping
• Distribution or trafficking of narcotics
• Lewd and Lascivious acts
• Unnatural acts
• Violation of a restraining order involving physical abuse or sexual abuse of a child.
• Assault and battery on a child
• Any charges involving family violence
• Any crimes against children
• The attempt to commit any of the above crimes.
